Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Dublin
A Dublin based company is looking an intermediate quantity surveyor to join their skilled team, specializing in new build projects and restoration work. Working across range of sectors, Healthcare, Residential, Hospitality, Community and Educational. Working on projects up to the value of €12 million.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management reports when instructed
- Contributing to achieve appropriate commercial result and report on contract profitability
- Ensure works are valued and payment obtained in accordance with the contract terms
- Assist with the preparation of estimates and cost plans and in the development of programmes for the delivery
- Contribute to the formulation of the monthly financial reports, both internal management accounts and external applications for payment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Relevant Quantity Surveying Qualification
- Ability to come into the company and can hit the ground running.
- Computer literate and thorough knowledge of current forms of contract.
