Building Contractor working across diverse range of sectors such as commercial, conservation & restoration, residential, healthcare, education, fit out, refurb and design and build.
Initially they are looking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team at Head Office and oversee a building project with the value of €5million euros.

The Role
- Preparing and Analysing costings for tenders
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including BOQ with the architect and client.
- Cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Performing risk, value management and cost control
- Identifying and analysing, developing responses to commercial risks.
- Allocating work to subcontractors
- Writing detailed progress reports
Criteria
- Degree qualified in QS
- 8+years’ experience with building contractor
- Knowledge of industrial/commercial construction market
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
