Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Co Cavan
The Company
Construction and civils company based in Co Cavan are expanding their commercial team and looking for a Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. They predominately work within public, private and commercial sectors. Projects include water and pipe installation, water treatment plants and pumping stations, and wind farms, including building new builds and extensions, industrial and commercial.

The Role
- Preparation and updating of contact budget
- Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of project
- Liaison with Surveying Manager
- Administration of contract records
- Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s
- Attendance at contractor handover meeting
- Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings
- Updating of cash reporting and collection
- Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan
- Relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team
What you need
- Degree in QS/relevant discipline
- 5+ years’ experience
- Experience with construction background in civils or building.
- Knowledge of health and safety, quality procedures and construction industry
