Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – East Belfast
The Company
Fit out contractor based in East Belfast are seeking a quantity surveyor with more than 4+ years’ experience. This contractor focuses on commercial fit out, such as office space, hospitality and retail, ranging from small to large scale projects and working across Ireland & UK.
You will be expected to work off your own initiative and have a strong communication skill, hardworking and driven to succeed professionally.
The Role
- Preparation and updating of contact budget
- Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of project
- Liaison with both client/design team.
- Administration of contract records
- Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s
- Attendance at contractor handover meeting
- Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings
- Updating of cash reporting and collection
- Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan
- Relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team
What you need
- Degree in QS/relevant discipline
- 4+ years’ experience
- Contracting Experience
- Self-motivating
- Ability to work as part of a team
