The Company
Civil Engineering Contractor in Cork have an opening for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. You will be joining an already established civils commercial team. You will have experience within civils ideally within waterways, marines and roads. The Role
- Project procurement including issuing tender packages, preparation of tender reports and appointments in line with project program.
- Completion of PQQ documents to allow for tendering processes.
- Collation and review of onsite documentation ensuring the timely and accurate completion and submission of valuations to clients
- Working closely with site teams to ensure accurate forecasting of accruals / incoming supplier / subcontractor costs.
- On site liaison with management and client
- Preparing monthly reports for management
- Preparing, negotiating and agreeing final accounts.
What you need
- Third Level Qualification in QS or Construction related
- 4-5 years’ experience
- Experience in Civils
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft.
