Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Antrim/UK Travel
The Company
Leading building + fitout contractor is currently on the lookout for an experienced QS with a number of years’ experience in commercial and retail fitout projects. They specialise in hotel, residential, office and retail projects across the UK! 1-2 days UK travel required per week.

The Role:
- Assist with preparation of tenders and procurement of sub-contractors
- Assist with updating all cost control procedures, working within the guidelines in the policies and procedures
- Assist with the compilation of all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
- Responsible for general departmental administration
- Assist with accurate costing for each aspect of project
- Assist with compiling reports on costs and cash flows using the support systems, as well as reports for the Division as required
- Process Subcontract orders, payments and variations, using Excel and Group payment system
- Understand and assist with evaluation and agreement of variations and instructions for smaller trades
- Provide other appropriate ad hoc duties, and administrative support as and when required
- Promote and act in accordance with Group values, systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Group IT systems
- Attend team meetings as required
What you'll need:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office and Excel programs
- Strong communication skills
- Full Driving License
- 3+ years’ experience
