Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
INFORM3 Construction Recruitment are delighted to announce an opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor in Midland Ireland. They are a Mid- Tier contractor that has been in business for over 10 years. The contractor has delivered many exciting projects in the Biomedical and Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Energy and Fit Out/ Refurbishment sectors. Offering a great opportunity to work alongside reputable and experience Quantity Surveyors, a great location and very competitive salary, it is not to be missed.
Duties:
- Assisting senior Quantity surveyors with monthly cost/ value reports
- Assisting in the preparation and submitting of monthly valuations
- Assisting in the preparation of final accounts
- Negotiation of accounts and quotations
- Assist with general administration/ management of all staff
- Liaise with members of other times
Criteria:
- BSc degree in quantity Surveying
- 3+ years’ experience
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent numeracy skills
- The ability to work in a team as well as an individual
- The ability to use own initiative
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
