Joinery Foreman – Belfast

INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Joinery Foreman, for projects based in and around Belfast. The successful candidate will work for a client who is one of the leaders within the industry. Every project is finished to perfection, the client has a team with a great deal of experience that take great pride in their work.

As the Joinery Foreman you will need to have experience in a multitude of projects such as fitting out bars, restaurants, offices and retail.

Joinery Foreman Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting on Progress and Quality to the Project Manager
• Management of tradesmen and apprentices
• Ensure all tasks on site are completed in line with company and client procedures and specifications
• Ensure all sectional ‘sign off’ sheets are completed
•  Coordinate the delivery of materials
• Liaise with Project Managers
• Ensure that tasks are carried out in the most efficient manner possible whilst maintaining the utmost standards of quality control and achieving optimum results for the project
• Manage snagging of a section of works
• Keep an accurate site diary
• Ensure that all workers are in accordance with site Health & Safety regulations

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• 5 years plus experience in a similar role
• Preferably from a joinery background
• Able to manage and organise groups of trades
• Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
• Organisational, planning and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
