Junior Civil Engineers
Job Location: Galway/Offaly

INFORM3 are recruiting Junior Civil Engineers for road and bridge projects in Galway/Offaly. The successful candidate will work on behalf of a client with a great belief in hard work and producing top quality standards on every project.
The client has a wealth of over 50 years in the civil engineering industry. It is vital that the successful candidate is able to be a self-starter and be innovative in their approach to the project. They will be required to undertake surveying, setting out and site supervision work while keeping records of all site activities.
Junior Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Site Management team
- Oversee structural activity, assisting with any technical queries
- Complete Setting out of site works
- Assist in coordinating direct and sub-contractor staff
- Assist in the management of Plant & Machinery
- Order in materials, ensuring there is sufficient stock
- Adhere to Health & Safety
- Understand the company's policies with regard to quality and ensure these are implemented at every level of works
- Maintain the site diary and paperwork
- Conduct Toolbox Talks and Health and Safety Briefings
- Ensure all staff receive full site inductions
- Attend Site Meetings
- Assist in management of traffic on site
- Provide regular updates on the progress of works to Site Management
Junior Civil Engineer Specification:
- Civil Engineer Degree
- 1 years+ experience
- Setting out Experience
- Self-Starter who is motivated to grow
- Team player, and able to work independently
- Confident in using Microsoft Office
- Full Driving License
