Position would be suited to someone with a Quantity Surveying or Construction Engineering Degree, with around 3 years post graduate experience. Opportunity to shadow the Construction Director and develop in to a Contracts Manager in a structured timeframe. Competitive salary and package.

Rightpath Construction Recruitment has a new, exciting opportunity for either a Quantity Surveyer or Construction Engineer to join a growing Building Construction company. The Contractor is a medium sized company and have an excellent reputation in delivering Education, Healthcare and Residential Schemes up the value of £5M.

Criteria

• Minimum 3 years' experience in either a QS or Engineering position
• Main Contracting experience
• Experience working on projects over £1M
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients

Duties

• Report to the Construction Director
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationship
• Providing specialist technical leadership
