Junior Contracts Manager Armagh £25-30k
INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a Junior Contracts Manager for our client based in County Armagh to assist with the delivery of Electrical projects nationwide.
This is an excellent position for a candidate with an Electrical background who is looking to make the move into Contracts Management. You will get the opportunity to work within a highly experienced team where you will get experience managing projects in a variety of sectors.
You will ideally be degree certified in an electrical discipline or a time served engineer looking to get into contracts management.
Main duties will include:
- Support the project team to deliver projects that meet client requirements
- Support tendering and other work winning activities
- Attend client meetings with other members of the project team
- Assist with preparation and issuing of reports
- Support the team to coordinate, manage and communicate with the client, project stakeholders and other appointed consultants
- Support the project team in key project management functions such as change management, coordination of the design process, oversee and manage the control of the project and manage financial expenditure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Electrical related subject
- Experience within the construction sector, ideally within an M&E Contractor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
