Junior Engineer
Job Location: Tipp/Clare/Limerick

Inform3 are recruiting for a well-established civil engineering and construction contractor based in the Mid-West, with a strong track record delivering civil and infrastructure projects. The company has an expanding portfolio of renewable energy and utilities projects and is looking to strengthen its engineering team for a number of upcoming solar farm and substation projects.
The Role
We are seeking a Junior Site Engineer to join the site team and gain valuable experience working on large-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
Junior Site Engineer Responsibilities:
- Assisting with setting out and surveying.
- Working from construction drawings and specifications.
- Assisting with the supervision and coordination of subcontractors.
- Checking levels, dimensions and tolerances.
- Carrying out quality checks and maintaining site records.
- Supporting the Site Manager and Senior Engineers with daily site activities.
- Monitoring progress and assisting with site planning.
- Liaising with subcontractors and the wider project team.
- Ensuring works are completed safely and to the required standards.
Junior Site Engineer Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years' relevant site experience.
- Basic understanding of setting out and construction drawings.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Full driving licence advantageous.
- A willingness to learn and develop within the civil engineering sector.
Solar, substation, utilities, roads or general civil engineering experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
