We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Estimator in a well-known leading contractor based in Dublin. You will be working on projects ranging from 20-50 million dealing in areas such as commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, residential and many more.

The Role

• Providing commercial and technical advice to business development
• Presenting estimates to senior managers
• Calculating site management and preliminary costs
• Tendering for all construction projects
• Sourcing sub-contractor and supplier quotations
• Assisting in the development of systems and procedures
• Producing bills of quantities

You will have

• You will have 2-3 years or more experience in an estimating role in construction background.  
• You will have a construction related 3^rd Level qualification.
• You will have strong computer / excel skills
