Job Title – Graduate/ Junior Site Engineer (Building)
Project – Industrial/ Commercial
Job Location – North Dublin
Salary – €30K-€35K
About the Company
Fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable leading property developer in Dublin. This developer specialises in high value residential and commercial developments. They are looking to take on a graduate engineer who is keen to learn progress in their career.
The Role
- Setting out and checking works as required for the project and ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
- Complete tasks and works in a set time frame.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in in the planning and construction of the project.
- Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager/ Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
- Use and be responsible for the setting out equipment.
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year placement experience in an engineering role or post graduate.
- Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
- Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
