Junior MEP Engineer
An exciting opportunity has come up for someone looking a role within a Facilities Management Company. They look after Social Housing, repairs, planned preventative measures, including reactive maintenance.
Co. Derry, Co. Antrim & Co. Tyrone based role. Attractive salary, also incentive packages with clear career progression. In-house and essential training will be provided. Travel involved with role.
Engineer Duties:
- Providing commercial and technical repairs to properties and buildings
- Presenting estimates to senior management, ensuring to provide updates, sign off authorisation, also PDA updates.
- Been able to work within a team, using own initiative with specific pre planned work.
- Experience with previous background, working in Social housing, site inspections and ensuring Quality control, also being responsible for health & safety whilst on contracts.
Junior MEP Engineer Experience:
- 6 months’ plus experience as an Engineer required
- Strong literacy and communication skills within
- Exceptional communication / interpersonal skills
- CSR card required
- Valid driver licence
