Salary: €35k - €40k

About the Company

Main contractor covering the full construction sector from residential renovations to new builds. Would frequently work on projects of €500k-€5m. This particular project is refurb and commercial and will last the duration of a year. The Contractor prides itself for putting safety first while valuing the quality of their work.

The Role

• Liaising with the client and foremen on a daily basis
• Producing and implementing project programme of works
• Dealing with the client on any issues should they arise
• Recruiting Sub-Contractors.
• Ensuring site staff are aware of contractual terms which have an impact on their duties
• Ensuring all aspects of work carried out are in line with contractual requirements and that the contract is delivered on time and budget
• Maintaining correct health and safety practices
• Consistently providing quality checks on the project
• Liaising with all departments

Job requirements

• If possible, Construction related Degree with 2 years’ experience
• Good computer skills, confident on Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
