Job Title – Junior Project Manager

Project – Mixed Commercial Projects

Job Location – Dublin/Meath/Cavan/Monaghan

Salary – €50,000 + vehicle

About the Company

A great opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to work with a specialist contractor across mixed commercial projects. Work to be carried out across Dublin, Meath, Monaghan and Cavan. 2-3 years’ experience required. Excellent opportunity for any Construction Management graduates.

The Role

• Delivering project on time and to high standards
• Providing Technical support to the Project Team
• Producing accurate, consistent and professional reports
• Manage and motivate site teams
• Liaising with the company and client
• Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.
• Ensuring that end product meets client’s expectation
• Update the site diary.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience of working on commercial projects is desirable
• Relevant construction management degree
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry
• Must excel in analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
