Junior Project Manager – Kildare

INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Junior Project Manager for a fit-out project primarily in Kildare. The role would also include travel to Carlow and Laois. The Junior Construction Manager role involves delivery of projects to ensure that they are on time, to high quality and within the specified budget. You will work alongside the Senior Construction Manager and be involved from conception to conclusion of each project.

Junior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Regularly report to the Senior Construction Manager on each project
• Manage projects from finished design to installation
• Liaise with clients, architects, builders and fitters
• Ensure awareness of relevant contractual terms
• Confirm team members are aware of contractual terms which impact on their duties·
• Ensure all aspects of the work carried out meet with contractual requirements and that the contract is delivered on time, within budget and of excellent quality
• Assure health and safety is met to the highest standard on site
• Consistently provide quality checks on each project
• Liaise with all internal departments as necessary to ensure the successful delivery of the contract·

Candidate Specification:

• Desired qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related degree level discipline
• Excellent organisational communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, who has the ability to self-start and work independently
• Full driving licence
