Junior Project Managers – Belfast & Dublin

INFORM3 are currently recruiting for Junior Project Managers for fit-out projects in Belfast & Dublin. The client has over 10 years’ experience within the industry and is experiencing rapid growth through recognition of their award-winning projects. The client has specialist experience in Fit-Out projects and is able to offer a position with great progression for the right candidate.

The role may suit a recent Construction Graduate or Foreman looking to take a step into Project Management.

Junior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Liaising with Clients and Site Foreman daily.
• Produce and implement project programme of works.
• Deal with the client on any issues that may arise.
• Recruit Sub-Contractors.
• Confirm team members are aware of contractual terms which impact on their duties·
• Ensure all aspects of the work carried out meet with contractual requirements and that the contract is delivered on time, within budget and of excellent quality
• Assure health and safety is met to the highest standard on site
• Consistently provide quality checks on each project
• Liaise with all internal departments as necessary to ensure the successful delivery of the contract

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Preferably Construction related Degree with 6 months plus experience
• Experience on Fit-Out Projects
• Great computer skills, confident on Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Must be prepared to undertake some travel as part of the role
• Driving License
