The Company
A specialist contractor-based in Dublin are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team! You will join a small commercial team and work closely with senior management and this role will provide you with structure and support to advance your skills significantly.
The Job
- Preparation and submission of detailed tender bids
- Monitoring Cost Control of Contracts
- Preparing and submitting monthly valuations
- Compliance with conditions of contract
- Compliance with legislation
- Purchasing of materials
What you will have:
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying (or similar, a 2:1 or higher preferred)
- 2-3 years’ experience.
- Reasonable understanding and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
