Junior Quantity Surveyor- Co Dublin
Subcontractor working across Ireland and Europe are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to assist their Senior Quantity Surveyor due to increased workload. Working from small to large scale projects.
The Role
- Preparation and submission of detailed tender bids
- Monitoring Cost Control of Contracts
- Preparing and submitting monthly valuations
- Compliance with conditions of contract
- Compliance with legislation
- Purchasing of materials
What you need
- Third level qualification in QS or Construction management.
- 1+year experience (post graduate)
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and project
- Driven Team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
