Junior Quantity Surveyor - Wicklow
The Company
Construction company in both building and civils are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor. This company would deliver a lot of new builds and refurbishments/ restoration, commercial and hospitality around the Leinster area, you will be based on a project in Wicklow.
The Role
- Preparation and updating of contact budget
- Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of project
- Liaison with Surveying Manager
- Administration of contract records
- Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s
- Attendance at contractor handover meeting
- Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings
- Updating of cash reporting and collection
- Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan
- Relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team
What you need
- Degree in QS/relevant discipline
- 2+ years’ experience
- Experience with construction background in civils or building.
