Co Down based fit out contractor looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working across hospitality, commercial and retail both in NI and Europe. This role is perfect for a Quantity Surveyor seeking to join a luxurious interior fit out contractor, the role comes with brilliant employee benefits and attractive package.
The Role
- Preparing and Analysing costings for tenders
- Preparing tender and contract documents
- Cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Performing risk, value management and cost control
- Identifying and analysing, developing responses to commercial risks.
- Writing detailed progress reports
What you need
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 1+years’ experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Full clean driver license
- Proficient in Microsoft and Excel.
