The Company
Award winning leading construction contractor with offices in Ireland and the UK, are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team, you will split your time in the office and on site in Dublin. Working across building and civils projects from multiple sectors you will gain a good variety of experience, and receive guidance and training from Senior staff.
The Role
- Preparation and updating of contact budget
- Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of project
- Liaison with both client/design team.
- Administration of contract records
- Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s
- Attendance at contractor handover meeting
- Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings
- Updating of cash reporting and collection
- Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan
- Relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team
What you need
- Degree in QS/relevant discipline
- 1+ years’ experience
- Proficient on Excel
- Ability to work as part of a team
