Junior Quantity Surveyor- Armagh
Building Contractor in Armagh seeking a Junior QS to join a small established team, you will be trained, supported and mentored for a long-term career from senior management. Gaining exposure to all areas of the business, ample opportunity for progression and a growing and exciting area to join within building construction predominantly in residential and commercial.
Junior Quantity Surveyors' Role
- Cost control and monitoring
- Subcontractor and supplier procurement
- Assisting with tenders and completing tenders
- Monthly valuations and variations
- Programming of works
- Contract supervision
- Company development
- Pre and post contract administration
- Work with site management
Criteria
- 2+ years’ experience
- Degree in QS or Construction related
- Highly motivated hard-working individual
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and project
