Job Title – Junior Site Manager

Project – Commercial

Job Location – North Dublin

Salary – €35k - €45k

About the Company

Excellent opportunity for any junior site managers to find long term work with an active contractor. Construction of a new warehousing unit in North Dublin. Great opportunities to progress into Site Manager’s position.

The Role

• Provide Technical support to the Project Team
• Coordinate and complete site documentation
• Support the site management team
• File relevant paperwork
• Liaising with all departments
• Maintaining correct health and safety practices

Requirements

• Construction related Degree
• Minimum 1 years’ experience of working with main contractor
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
