Junior to Intermediate Estimator – Co Antrim

Some of your responsibilities:

• Providing commercial and technical advice to business development
• Presenting estimates to senior managers
• Calculating site management and preliminary costs
• Winning tenders
• Sourcing and selecting sub-contractor quotations
• Producing bills of quantities

Must haves:

• Solid experience as an Estimator at least 1 years +
• Thorough understanding of the entire bid life-cycle
• Experience and proficiency in Estimating software
• Strong commercial awareness
• Exceptional communication / interpersonal skills

This role will suit anyone coming from a construction, manufacturing or facility management background.
