The company expertise covers Civil Engineering projects, Schemes, Industrial, Education and Community schemes.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Providing commercial and technical advice to business development
• Presenting estimates to senior managers
• Calculating site management and preliminary costs
• Winning tenders
• Sourcing and selecting sub-contractor quotations
• Producing bills of quantities

Must haves:

• Solid experience as an Estimator at least 2 years +
• Thorough understanding of the entire bid life-cycle
• Experience and proficiency in Estimating software
• Strong commercial awareness
• Exceptional communication / interpersonal skills
