A successful Manufacturing company based in County Tyrone are currently on the lookout for a Logistics Administrator to join their ever-expanding team who has a good knowledge and experience within the industry.

This is a great opportunity to join the companies growing engineering team and further develop your knowledge and skills within manufacturing.

If you have experience in the Manufacturing industry as a Logistics Administrator and are flexible, innovative and extremely driven, then this role is suited to you.

Roles Include:

  • Work within the Aftersales Department to carry out a number of different roles that are assigned to you.
  • Fleet management of all company vehicles.
  • Preparing daily schedule for the drivers and making sure they stick to their routes.
  • Dealing with correspondence (email/phone).
  • General Administrative support ensuring the highest level of accuracy, speed and customer service.
  • Providing a timely and proactive response to all enquiries.
  • Preparing quotations, offers for the customers and other documents as required.
  • Complete import/export documentation.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience within an office environment.
  • Fleet Management experience is desirable.
  • Logistics Administrations experience desirable.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word and Windows.
  • Has strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to handle and control workload when necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication.
