INFORM3 are recruiting for a Lubrication Technician for a well-established Manufacturing firm based in County Longford. 

The successful candidate will be responsible and assist in daily lubrication maintenance activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of mechanical systems and equipment. The role will also involve conducting inspections. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Applying Lubricants to moving parts to prevent premature wear and ensure optimal machine performance
• Lubricating bearings, motor, chains etc
• Replacing air and oil filters as required
• Servicing gearboxes
• Collecting oil samples for lab analysis
• Toping up oil reserves
• Changing oil and cleaning out oil reserves during shutdowns or planned stops
• Performing routing checks
• Keeping control of oil store inventory
• Adhere to all Health & Safety in the workplace.

Essentials for this role:

• Experience in similar role
• Relative degree
• Forklift experience desirable
• Willing to upskill and continuously improve operations
• Strong communication Skills
