Contracts Manager Dublin Salary: Competitive
We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a busy company based in Dublin. You would be part of the Maintenance/ Service Department and would be responsible for ensuring all maintenance procedures are carried out as well as managing all maintenance and Service Engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationships with fellow employees and management as well as with customers.
- Ensure that all work is carried out including maintenance procedures & Equipment in line with current legislation and as requested by management.
- Actively promote the Company’s high standards of services.
- Issue financial reports
- Set and achieve annual sales targets.
- Manage the Maintenance & Service Engineers.
- Co-ordinate service & maintenance engineers and confirm appointments with customers.
- Check service reports.
- Schedule maintenance visits.
- Co-ordinate all PM Maintenance visits with department Administration & manager.
- Ensure that all maintenance visits are completed during scheduled period.
- Ensure that all plant & equipment are serviced per maintenance schedule.
- Issuing and processing purchases orders
- Approving and processing delivery dockets
- Approving and processing suppliers invoicing
- General Health and Safety Responsibilities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Mechanical Building services Degree
- 3 years+ experience in management within a Mechanical Service Industry.
- Management Qualification
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Full Clean Driving Licence
