A successful company based in County Monaghan have now got an exciting opportunity for an individual to join their team. They are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years’ experience to help with their ever-growing requirement for electrical work.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Delivery and execution of maintenance work, renewals work, supervision and relevant technical approval.
- Provide first line quality electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs for the company.
- Completion of inspections, self-assurance checks and quality checks.
- Carry out reactive repairs to electrical systems and equipment.
- Follow drawings and carry out installation work on the relevant systems.
- Maintain a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Deliver maintenance deployment plans and completion of documents as required.
- Support technical analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and auditing to deliver a safe, operable and reliable environment.
- Carry out preventative works to reduce future costs for the business.
- Ensure all maintenance is caried out in a professional and efficient manner.
Experience and Skills Required for the Role:
- Qualified electrician
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience of working alongside other engineering functions.
- Have a full Driving License.
- Good knowledge of maintenance methods.
- Knowledge of legislation, safety and standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good decision making and analytical skills.
- Established risk management skills.
- Ability to identify and solve problems.
