INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Fitter for a client company who are based in County Dublin that are widely recognised for their manufacturing of wastewater within Ireland.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a degree in a relevant subject and a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within an industrial environment.

This role may involve some daily on call responsibilities when required but will be mainly based on site.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to carry out all mechanical maintenance issues within all areas and work as part of the Mechanical Team.
  • To use all equipment correctly and appropriately in order to follow company policies and procedures.
  • Debug assemblies and machines by identifying and correcting problems affecting proper operation.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance work on plant.
  • Maintain Engineering area in terms of good housekeeping.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and goals and help with reaching team targets.
  • Make sure that incident follow-ups are resolved and documented.
  • Minimise the downtime on all equipment to ensure fast and accurate root cause analysis with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Document all issues and reports accordingly and provide elimination of recurring equipment problems.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent Maintenance Fitter Certificate.
  • Understanding of addressing technical issues and resolving them.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Excellent Verbal & Non-Verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail.
