Maintenance Fitter            Northern Ireland         £30-40K + Company Vehicle

INFORM are recruiting for a Maintenance Fitter for a client based in Belfast who are widely recognised at providing maintenance and engineering services within all sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who has the ability to understand pipework drawings and to use the equipment required for the job on a day-today basis with full training provided.

Roles Include:

• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Assembly, installation and repair of pipes, fitting and fixtures.
• Ability to dismantle, assess, repair and reassemble industrial equipment.
• Ability to work flexible to meet the requirements of the projects set.
• To work in a safe manner and to understand the rules & regulations of the Health & Safety Environmental standards.
• Read and understand the written and verbal instructions to improve work standards.
• Operate hand-controlled tools and computer-controlled machinery.
• Required to work on occasions in confined spaces and at height.
• Use of PDA/tablet device to report job information.

Essential Criteria:

• 5 years’ experience working on industrial plant and equipment.
• Full driving licence is essential.
• Experience in mobile working providing planned and reactive maintenance on multiple sites will be beneficial.
• Experience in the wastewater industry beneficial.
• Experience in manual machining e.g., lathe turning, milling would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
