Maintenance Manager - Dublin

Maintenance Manager (Mechanical)      Dublin  €45-55K

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing every aspect of the maintenance function including all planned and reactive maintenance tasks across sites in the Dublin area.

You will be responsible for co-coordinating all of the resources to effectively help maintain a portfolio of projects and deliver outstanding services to the client base.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a multi-disciplined reactive repair team as well as planned and reactive maintenance programs. The ability to coach and provide staff with clear instructions on how to complete complex repairs safely and to a high standard is a must as well as a willingness to get ‘hands on’ when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proactive management of preventative and reactive maintenance at each site
• Manages relationships with key suppliers and contractors to ensure alignment and understanding of work to be carried out, RAMS completed and that safe working practices are followed
• Prepare quotes for additional works
• Identify additional work that could provide improvements for the clients
• Work with account managers to manage suppliers.

Key Skills & Attributes

• A qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or Facilities Management
• Time served Maintenance engineer
• Wide-ranging technical knowledge of the multi-service disciplines in Facilities
• Positive, confident, enthusiastic, energetic and competitive personality
• Strong commercial awareness, sound judgment and competent in business
