Salary – €35K - €45K BOE

About the Company:

Inform3 are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join their team based in County Monaghan. Our client is looking for a motivated, reliable and ambitious individual who has the ability to work under pressure and within a team environment and successfully thrive for progression.

You will be responsible for dealing with daily work orders in conjunction with the whole maintenance team and to minimize equipment downtime. The ideal candidate will be a qualified engineer with mechanical experience. You will report to the Maintenance manager, dealing with daily work orders in conjunction with the rest of the maintenance team.

Duties Involve:

• Managing the maintenance works & trouble shooting of the site and equipment.
• Carry out work orders in a timely and safe manner while maintaining adherence & full compliance with company procedures
• Responsibility to upload all job details onto a handheld mobile field technology device on completion.
• The ability to test, inspect and certificate your own installations.
• Responsibility for explaining system procedures to site management.
• Develop in-depth working knowledge of all site’s mechanical & electrical equipment.
• Complete all work order form & paperwork in full.
• Follow all Health and Safety Rules and Regulations in the Site.
• To complete training and review of SOPs on compliance.

Skills Required:

• 2+ years’ experience in Maintenance within a Manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and experience with continuous improvement projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with High Care equipment and food safety standards are advantageous.
