Job Title: M&E Coordinator

Job Overview: They are currently seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating mechanical and electrical (M&E) activities on construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate M&E activities on construction projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Review project specifications and drawings to ensure that M&E activities are planned and executed in accordance with the project requirements.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets for M&E activities.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that M&E activities are being carried out correctly.
  • Liaise with other teams, including architects, structural engineers, and quantity surveyors, to ensure that M&E activities are coordinated with other construction activities.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts related to M&E activities.
  • Prepare progress reports and other project-related documentation for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, working on construction projects with a focus on M&E activities.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and procedures, with a strong understanding of M&E systems and installations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Full driving license.

Salary Range: The salary for this role will be competitive and will depend on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
