M&E Project Manager Limerick Salary: Competitive
Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Project Manager to be responsible for the performance of their projects.
You would be responsible for a large team and the planning of all labour, material and sub-contractors. You would be reporting directly to the company directors including programme and financial performance.
The client is offering a generous package for the right candidate who has experience as a Mechanical and Electrical Project manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for the performance of projects.
- Manage and drive a large team to meet all mechanical and electrical project requirements and deadlines.
- Planning of all resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors.
- Manage technical submittals and procurement.
- Provide reports and updates on the progress of projects to the senior management team.
- Develop and administer quality control provisions.
- Liaise on project cost estimating and value engineering.
- Manage co-ordination of services.
- Ensure all projects are completed to the highest specification in terms of quality, Health and Safety along with client satisfaction
- Ensure Company systems are implemented correctly upon the commencement of projects to include Safe Work Plans, Method Statements and Risk Assessments, etc.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Relevant degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (desirable but not essential).
- Mechanical and Electrical industry knowledge essential.
- IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
