Senior M&E Quantity Surveyors London
INFORM3 Recruitment is actively recruiting for a leading engineering contractor that is aiming to continue its rapid expansion by recruiting Senior Quantity Surveyors to oversee the financial aspects of its London-based projects.
The successful Quantity Surveyors will then oversee the M&E aspects on a number of different projects across a number of sectors. The candidate must have at least 3+ years’ experience performing in a similar role.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial aspects of projects to maximise client satisfaction, while maintaining a high quality of work
- Advise Clients and Consultants on procurement routes available and advise on selection of Sub-Contractors for package works.
- Lead and develop the efficient and effective management and the issue of accurate, timely and contract-compliant documentation.
- Work individually and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Prepare estimates and compile competitive quotations.
- Source and identify value opportunities for the project
- Control variation within an acceptable margin
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a contracting environment is essential
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar third-level degree
- A high level of written and verbal communication
- Experience managing large-scale budgets
- Experience in M&E or CSA quantity surveying required
