Manufacturing Design Engineer               Dungannon        

As a Design Engineer in the manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical components and systems for the products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Using design software to assist in design and development of products that are technically feasible and commercially profitable.
• To develop detailed engineering drawings for manufacturing, aligned to the company’s production processes and machinery.
• Organise and maintain engineering records.
• Build and Continuously review Bill of Materials and liaising with the relevant teams to ensure any discrepancies or changes are communicated.
• Ensure components and designs meet applicable industry and business standards.
• Liaise with manufacturing to ensure that products are manufactured according to the drawing and designs, and to provide design engineering advice as required.
• Providing production / engineering support

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Mechanical mind set with a minimum of 4 year related design /development work experience in concrete batching or crushing and screening industry.
• Strong knowledge of 3D SolidWorks
