A successful manufacturing company based in Tyrone is currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who has a good knowledge and experience within the industry.

This is a great opportunity to join the companies growing engineering team and further develop your knowledge and skills within manufacturing.

If you have experience in the Manufacturing industry as an Engineer and are involved in transforming and implementing manufacturing processes, then this is the role for you. 

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Oversee the manufacturing process of the companies’ products and develop this further as the company scales and demand grows. 
• Liaise with all appropriate internal and external parties to deliver improvement projects.
• Ensure products achieve high quality and meet manufacturing standards. 
• Working closely with other functional departments to implement design changes to existing products or create manufacturing processes of new products. 
• Operate machinery and ancillary equipment to produce components that conform to the required specification.
• Liaise with designers, researchers, engineering and industry consultants to ensure that latest industry and equipment advances are identified in relation to the business.
• Provide engineering assistance to ensure a smooth process for high volume manufacturing. 
• Assist in the development and facilitation of manufacturing processes and help maintain risk management policies and programs. 
• Work within a team environment in order to get the best results. 
• Ensure targets and objectives of the company are met.

Experience and Knowledge:

The successful individual should hold a recognisable qualification in a relevant subject and should have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role. Having previous experience in manufacturing environment is essential.

Skills for the Role:

• Knowledge of manufacturing machines.
• Have good knowledge of Mechanical projects and services. 
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment. 
• Positive and hardworking individual.
• Ability to manage a busy work load. 
• Determination to complete work to tight deadlines.
