Manufacturing Engineer - Northern Ireland

Manufacturing Engineer      Antrim      £35-45k

Inform3 are recruiting an Engineer for a client who are based in County Antrim. This role is suited to an ambitious individual who has experience within schematic and CAD drawings and has the ability to implement them daily.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create, amend and control new and existing design documentation, engineering drawings, specifications as required.
• Apply knowledge of engineering materials and processes and ensure all manufacturing processes are safe.
• Ability to interpret engineering/stage drawings and models.
• Responsible for the co-ordination of any new designs through the full production process.
• Understanding of key requirements from engineering drawings during the review process with supplier.
• To implement efficient cost savings procedures.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Analytical thinker and quick thinker with an open mind to help strive for improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience and understanding of CAD drawings.
• Understanding of common manufacturing methods, techniques and their requirements.
• Efficient in MS office.
• Understanding of schematic drawings.
• Full Driver’s License.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
