Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and creating new manufacturing process.
• Material processing knowledge of forging, casting, and other general processes.
• Implementing improvements of any existing manufacturing systems.
• Understanding and implementing the SOPs of the company.
• Demonstrate awareness and application of tools to aid the manufacturing process.
• Responsible for design and production in order to ensure effective and cost-efficient methods.
• Ensure that any manufacturing issues are identified and are addressed in the correct manner.

Essential Criteria:

• Engineering qualification or equivalent industry-based experience,
• 3+ years experience in the heavy engineering sector.
• Ability to handle multiple projects that are requested.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• CAD experience
• Experience in remote management of external suppliers.
