Manufacturing Engineer - Galway

Manufacturing Engineer                       Co. Galway                    €40-60K

A leading Pharmaceuticals Company based in Co. Galway are currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their ever-expanding business.

They require an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for the diagnosing and implementing permanent solutions for the manufacturing issues.

Main Duties:

• To specify, install and support the product equipment within the company.
• Identify any faults and support the development and engineering builds.
• Problem solving and identify the appropriate corrective measures that should be put in place.
• Providing and implementing improvements within the automated production lines within the company.
• To ensure the smoot operating of new products in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure that all equipment is in correct working order and that is it being used to certain requirements.
• Document all relevant information that is requirement and ensure downtime is minimized.

Essentials:

• Level 8 Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Biomedical.
• 3+ years’ experience as an engineer within an automated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of Project Management and Six Sigma.
• Experience of validation techniques and applications.
• Ability to learn and develop on the job.
• Hard working and excellent attitude. 
• Excellent communication skills.
