A top Manufacturing company based in Co. Tyrone are currently looking to recruit a Manufacturing Engineer for their team who has good knowledge, experience and passion for the heavy industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate Production, Engineering and Quality Assurance Departments in order to implement/establish containment and route cause fixes to manufacturing issues.
• Ensure the most efficient and cost-effective production methods are planned, co-ordinated and implemented when manufacturing major sub-components and completed machines.
• Implement best practice standard work.
• Build/Drawing pack creation & maintenance in conjunction with Engineering Change Orders and new product development.

Essential Criteria

•  Third level qualification related to Engineering.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Proficient in the Microsoft packages
• Experience of 3D modelling software.
• Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing along side experience in coaching lean principles.
• Ability to priories tasks and excellent communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
