Are you a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in the manufacturing systems? INFORM3 are recruiting for our successful client who are looking for the ideal candidate who has a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a solid understanding of the manufacturing process.

You will be involved in designing, implementing and maintaining production systems in order to deliver products successfully.

Roles Include:

• Create, amend and control new and existing design documentation, engineering drawings, specifications as required.
• Apply knowledge of engineering materials and processes and ensure all manufacturing processes are safe.
• Creation and maintenance of BOM’s for production and development.
• Ability to interpret engineering/stage drawings and models.
• Responsible for the co-ordination of any new designs through the full production process.
• Understanding of key requirements from engineering drawings during the review process with supplier.
• Design CNC programs using CADCAM.
• Production support to the manufacturing department.
• To implement efficient cost savings procedures.

Essential Criteria:

• Engineering qualification or equivalent industry-based experience.
• 4+ years’ experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Understanding and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Techniques and control plans.
• Experience of Manufacturing software’s.
• Ability to work on your own and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Analytical thinker and quick thinker with an open mind to help strive for improvements.
