Manufacturing Sales Manager Co. Dublin
A successful company based in County Dublin are currently on the lookout for a Manufacturing Sales Manager who is motivated and driven to help provide and develop the customer base to provide long term growth.
You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and assist with the closing out of sales to both new and existing clients/customers.
Roles & Responsibilities Include:
- Develop & implement operational plans to grow the business based on the company priorities and strategy as well as focus on execution
- Cascade key company sales goals and objectives to the team and monitor achievements through developed reports and metrics.
- Support with the Head of Commercial and R&D to determine, implement and deliver innovative customer strategies.
- Manage portfolios of existing customers and adding new customers in order to ensure growth of new sales.
- Maintain and further develop an agile winning team, capable of meeting the future expectations of our customers.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the sales teams
Essential Criteria:
- 4+ years’ experience in a leadership role with a focus on managing high performing sales teams.
- University Degree or other qualification in Business/Marketing or Engineering.
- Experience & proven track record with top customer management
- Good demonstrable experience of generating new sales and account management.
- The ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- The ability to learn and understand the technical nature of our industry and sales.
- Experience of using CRMs to manage sales pipelines.
- Proficiency in critical technologies (MS Office, SAP, CRM tools, etc.)
