A leading Pharmaceutical Company based in Dublin are currently looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their ever-expanding team of experts.

Responsibilities of the Role:

The successful candidate will take on the responsibility of overseeing production processes and the production team, as well as being accountable and efficient in the day-to-day operations of the production department.

• Planning and organising production schedules.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department.
• Adhering to all health and safety requirements of the business.
• Liaising with the Quality Department regarding quality of products.
• Resource plan and maintain visibility of the team’s workload ensuring completion of activities assigned in order to achieve team and business goals.
• Proactively identify improved ways of working.
• Auditing documentation generated during manufacturing processes.
• Follow all company standard operating procedures.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills for the Role:

• Hold 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Have experience in overseeing and leading a team.
• Pharmaceutical experience would be beneficial.
• Hold relevant qualifications to the job role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a positive attitude towards work.
