Manufacturing Process Engineer                                                                                                                     Mid Ulster                                                                                                                                                                                                    Salary: Competitive

Our client is currently recruiting for a Process Engineer with experience to join their team in the Mid-Ulster area, easily commutable from Armagh, Tyrone and Magherafelt.

This role would see you assist in the continual development of their existing range of machines and you would help to maintain a continual flow of design to the factory floor.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for the company’s product range
• Deliver plant optimisation, commissioning and troubleshooting
• Gather performance data on equipment and applications
• Advise dealers/customers on solutions for their application enquires and ensure correct equipment is selected to suit required applications.
• Prepare simulations detailing expected performance parameters
• Maintain and update library of stored information on case studies
• Provide detailed technical requirements for bespoke plants to the engineering team.
• Carry out testing and analysis of material samples
• Investigate new applications for existing products

Key Skills:

• Degree in Engineering with experience in Heavy Industry Manufacturing
• Experience in Process design.
• Proven competence in plant optimisation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Strong practical engineering skills and experience. Electrical / control experience would also be advantageous
• Excellent analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
