About the Company:
Our client based in Co. Offaly who are widely recognised for working with the Food Manufacturing Environment are currently on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their expanding team.
The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in growing the company’s brand presence, consumer engagement, and business impact. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and the ability to execute campaigns that bring measurable results.
You’ll lead a high-performing marketing team and collaborate across departments to build brand love, customer loyalty, and real-world ROI.
Duties Involve:
- Develop campaign briefs and manage new product launches, working closely with the Creative Director and external agencies.
- Track campaign performance, reporting on KPIs and ROI, and optimise activity based on insights and results.
- Manage paid social budgets, boosts, and ad spend, monitoring performance and engagement trends.
- Oversee copy and design for newsletters, website updates, and press materials as needed.
- Maintain active community engagement by monitoring and responding to DMs, comments, and conversations across social channels.
- Act as a brand ambassador at key events, sponsorships, and media engagements.
- Coordinate in-house and external PR activity, including press releases, media pitching, product drops, and relationship management.
- Contribute to brainstorming and innovation sessions that keep the company relevant, differentiated, and future-focused.
- Identify future capability and resource needs to support long-term marketing growth.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent culture aligned with company’s values of care, integrity, and excellence.
Skills Required:
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role (FMCG/CPG, wellness, or purpose-led brands preferred but not essential).
- A hands-on individual with strong ability to manage projects end-to-end.
- Strong attention to detail, with experience managing timelines, artwork, and multiple stakeholders.
- A clear, confident communicator, collaborative by nature and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable with presentations and brand storytelling.
- A genuine interest in clean food, sustainability, and purpose-driven brands.
